Types of Submissions

Oral Presentation

Full paper (8–10 pages)

Advisor Certification Requirement

All paper submissions (Oral, Poster, and Innovation) must include a signed certification form from the primary academic advisor confirming approval for presentation and publication.

Note: Each paper may include up to 5 authors.

Plagiarism Policy

All authors must perform plagiarism checking before submission. Papers must comply with the requirements set by the host institution of the conference year.

  • Similarity Index ≤ 40% (from Turnitin)
  • Primary Sources: each source ≤ 10%

Papers that do not meet these criteria must be revised and resubmitted with updated files. The committee will recheck plagiarism before moving the paper to the peer-review stage.
