Strengthening academic collaboration across Asia through formal partnerships with the Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing (AUC2).

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Institutions interested in contributing to computing education and undergraduate research across Asia are welcome to join AUC2 as official partners. The MOU helps promote cooperation, co-hosting opportunities, research exchange, and academic development.

Required Documents

  • Official letter from the institution
  • Signed memorandum template (PDF)
  • Details of the focal point contact person
  • Optional: Proposed collaboration activities

How to Apply for MOU

  1. Download the official MOU template (see link below).
  2. Fill in your institution information and prepare the required attachments.
  3. Have the document signed by an authorized representative.
  4. Send all documents via email to mou@auc2.org.
  5. Receive confirmation from AUC2 Steering Committee.
