The Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing (AUC2 or AUCC), formerly known as “The ASEAN Undergraduate Conference on Computing,” is a prestigious academic event dedicated to computer science, information technology, and related disciplines.
Held in Thailand, this conference attracts undergraduate students and scholars from across Asia, representing leading universities and academic institutions. Since its establishment in 2011, AUC2 has served as a platform for academic collaboration, innovation, and intellectual exchange.
The conference was originally founded through collaborative efforts among seven major Thai universities, and has since evolved into one of the most influential undergraduate research conferences in the region.
Today, the Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing (AUCC) is organized by the Electrical Engineering Academic Association (Thailand) (EEAAT) in collaboration with the AUCC network, continuing its commitment to advancing undergraduate research and academic cooperation in computing.
Today, AUC2 continues to grow in scale and impact. The conference has established itself as a key platform for undergraduate research dissemination across Asia.
Currently, the conference is supported by 59 partners from 35 universities in Thailand, reflecting its increasing academic influence and the strong commitment of institutions across the region.
AUC2 began as the “ASEAN Undergraduate Conference on Computing,” focusing on research collaboration within Southeast Asia. Over time, as participation expanded beyond ASEAN, the conference adopted the name The Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing.
Since 2011, AUC2 has been hosted by various leading universities in Thailand annually, each contributing to the continuous development and success of the conference.
